Coachella 2008 Lineup Announced

From Billboard.com:
The indie-rock kids of Coachella are in store for a classic-rock moment this April: Roger Waters of Pink Floyd will re-create the band’s trippy 1973 masterpiece “Dark Side of the Moon” on the festival’s main stage, which also will feature the Raconteurs, the Verve, Jack Johnson, Kraftwerk and a reunion of Portishead.
O Rly? Dark Side of the Moon and Portishead live in the desert would be insane. And though Jack Johnson and The Verve seem like odd choices for headliners, the rest of the lineup looks pretty solid. I’m not sure it will be enough to get me to fly out to Cali though. Plane tickets are ridiculous right now and I’m about to see Justice and Radiohead very in the next few months anyways. There’s also Pitchfork, Lollapalooza, and these new festivals on the east coast that could be pretty crazy as well. There’s still a good chance I might be going though if I can score some press passes.
